It has the capacity for project development that use high complexity molecular biology techniques (era omic), immunophenotyping, multi -dollar analysis and three -dimensional printing using biotints. Structure: New generation sequencer (NGS), flow cytometer, luminex, thermocycler and 3D bioimpressor.

  • Avaliação da migração e neurodiferenciação de células-tronco pluripotentes induzidas (iPSCs) de pacientes com epilepsia refratária e displasia cortical;
  • Transplante autólogo de células-tronco da medula óssea na epilepsia do lobo temporal refratária ao tratamento medicamentoso: estudo de fase II;
  • Caracterização citológica e molecular do tecido cerebral perilesional de pacientes com Displasia Cortical Focal;
  • Substratos genéticos e moleculares das malformações do desenvolvimento cortical cerebral.
