Eight online lectures to celebrate InsCer's eight-year anniversary

As it is traditional on its birthday, every year the Instituto do Cebra do RS offers a cycle of lectures aimed at the community, in a simple and accessible language for the population. This year, due to the current pandemic context, the event will be online.

InsCer will produce eight lectures alluding to its eight years of existence, which will be made available on the Institution's social networks (Facebook, Instagram, website, youtube channel) between June 6 and 13. “This way, you will be able to watch as many times as you want. It is a small reward for the community that has been lovingly supporting us ”, says the director and creator of the event, Jaderson Costa da Costa.

In addition to the different format, another change in relation to previous years is that all lectures will address, as a background, COVID-19. These are topics such as the relationship between sleep and the pandemic, how to deal with anguish and anxiety in days of confinement, guidelines for people who have family members with neurological diseases at home, tips for parents with children in social isolation, among others.

Stay tuned to InsCer's social networks and enjoy all the content accessible with a single click.
