The coordinator of the Nuclear Medicine service at the RS Brain Institute, Cristina Matushita, is co-author of a study that has just been published in the main journal on Nuclear Medicine in the Americas, the Journal of Nuclear Medicine, of the Nuclear Medicine Society and Molecular Imaging of the United States.

The article surveyed 434 people from 72 countries, including Brazil, about how much the Nuclear Medicine service was affected during the pandemic. In summary, the survey showed that the service was strongly impacted, with an average drop of 54%.
