Two representatives of the Chinese delegation visiting PUCRS were at the RS Brain Institute. Liu Weidong, director of Xiangya Hospital Central South University, a 113-year-old institution, the first medical school in China, and Karen Kang, responsible for the Brazilian account of the company Victor Medical Instruments CO, visited the Radiopharmaceutical Production Center, the Centro of Pre-Clinical Research and the Molecular Imaging Center at InsCer and were informed of the research we have developed here.

The deputy director of InsCer, Dr. Magda Lahorgue Nunes, received the delegation and presented the Institution, accompanied by the nuclear doctor, Diego Piantá, the coordinators of the Center for Pre-Clinical Research, Samuel Greggio and Gianina Venturin and the person in charge for the production of radiopharmaceuticals, Guilherme Petersen.

The Chinese delegation came to Brazil at the invitation of the technical director and surgical coordinator of the Center for Obesity and Metabolic Syndrome at the São Lucas Hospital of PUCRS and professor at the School of Medicine, Cláudio Mottin and established an international cooperation agreement in the area of Medicine.
